Description: Hosted by the Harris County Law Library in collaboration with LexisNexis. Emails are essential and indispensable for all legal professionals. However, given the increased speed in which we can communicate using email, coupled with the unmanageably large volume of emails exchanged daily, the potential for mistakes is high. In this course we will be reviewing how to avoid common mistakes in email communications as well as best practices for effective email communications.
