Street Parking
Street parking in downtown Houston is managed by the City of Houston Parking Management department. Parking Garages and Lots
Several parking garages and lots are available to the public within walking distance of the Harris County Law Library. METRO Park & Ride
Houston METRO offers a variety of options that let you park your car conveniently outside of downtown and then ride METRORail or a bus downtown. The METRORail Red Line stops at the Preston Street Station just one block away from the Law Library, and several bus lines have stops along Congress Street near the Law Library entrance.
