In addition to print resources available in the law library, self-represented litigants and others have access to an array of online resources that could help them understand the law or their particular legal issue better. Some of the options are free; some are subscription databases that are free to users with a library card to the local public library.

The public may download PDF versions of print resources and pamphlets prepared by the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Print copies of the pamphlets may also be ordered from the State Bar. Topics include criminal law, divorce, immigration, landlord/tenant, and many more. Pamphlets are also available in Spanish.
